Over all my experience was a bit shacky. I was impressed with how quickly my jeep was initially fixed, unfortunately the parts installed failed on the way home and the jeep was towed back fo I was impressed with how quickly my jeep was initially fixed, unfortunately the parts installed failed on the way home and the jeep was towed back for re-repair. Chris my service order coordinator was great, and the service was fine. But the Customer Waiting Area was about 87 degrees, and the TV didn't work.
