I brought in my car to have some things fixed. They had to order parts. They said they would call when the parts came in to make an appointment to do the repairs. After 2 weeks I called. Service was completed, but communication was insufficient. My recall SW update should have taken less than a day, but they found a safety defect that required new camera hardware and needed to o insufficient. I sent several emails asking for status, but didn't get any replies. The service department should implement a standard cadence for updating customers. More
