1st brought my Elantra in for repairs. Lost the key fob, still waiting on that. Did NOT pull the seats and clean up the glass from the broken window BUT they charged the insurance company Lost the key fob, still waiting on that. Now wondering what else was not done. 2nd brought my Ioniq in and had $600 worth of work done and with what happend with the Elantra I am not sure the work was really all done. I don't think the service agent is to blame but the service department is. More
If I could do zero I would. I had an appointment at 8am, I arrived early with my 3 kids thinking it would be like 30 mins max for an oil change! I didn’t get out of there until I had an appointment at 8am, I arrived early with my 3 kids thinking it would be like 30 mins max for an oil change! I didn’t get out of there until 12:20pm!!! And they knew I was waiting there for the car! Absolutely rude, unprofessional, and extremely inconsiderate. About 2 hrs in I asked them for an ETA on my car and they hadn’t even touched it!! DO NOT GO HERE! More

I had an 8am appointment I was there first in line at 7:30am. My appointment request was for tire balance / alinement and Recalls and Campaigns. It took 2 hours to be told I needed an alinement which is 7:30am. My appointment request was for tire balance / alinement and Recalls and Campaigns. I was being helped by Chris this last time I took my vehicle to the dealer and he was great. He was calling me with updates and statuses rather than me having to call the dealer. Had no complaints about vehicle to the dealer and he was great. He was calling me with updates and statuses rather than me having to call the dealer. Had no complaints about him, it sucks he no longer works there. Not sure what was the reasoning but I never had a complaint with his customer service. Raul took over the RO, he got up-to-date with the status of my vehicle (warranty claim) and he was good and he helped me throughout the process and called me to schedule an appointment to drop-off my vehicle and once it was ready for pick up. More
