She even took many more high-resolution images of specific spots of the vehicle I asked about. I asked her to take pictures of any of the flaws she could find, and she did so without question. Rami (owner) interacted with me directly through email to share more details about the vehicle. Once I decided to move forward with the purchase, Taylor remained available for anything I needed throughout the process. She even went out of her way to stay in touch after hours when I was on my way to see the vehicle in person. Customer Service: Excellent. I traveled from out of state to see this vehicle in person. Rami and his team treated me and my wife with exceptional hospitality. Though that was the first time I ever met Rami, he made me feel like I’d known him all my life. Financing & Insurance: Excellent. I went with a bank they work with. Things flowed smoothly, and the funds were wired over as soon as all the paperwork cleared. This bank also has an internal insurance department, and they found me the best rates for collector’s insurance. Though this isn’t directly about Diamond Motorworks, it shows the quality of their business partners. Title: Excellent. Once the funds cleared, I received a notice from FedEx almost right away saying my title had been shipped to me. It arrived within a few days. Shipping: Excellent. Very fast. After all the funds cleared, they scheduled the shipping for the very next day. Once the vehicle was loaded onto a closed trailer, Saad and Taylor both individually sent me pictures to let me know it was ready to ship and what the ETA was (this again speaks for their excellent communication). The vehicle arrived later that afternoon in the same condition I saw it in at the dealership. All the stock parts in the original listing were included with the shipment. Summary: Diamond Motorworks has been the most professional dealership I’ve ever worked with. From the initial phone call all the way to meeting Rami and his team in person and closing on the purchase, it was nothing but the most positive experience I could have asked for. I strongly recommend to anyone who finds their dream car at Diamond Motorworks to simply go for it. I am proud to be yet another happy customer who has only great things to say about them.
