Two things Great experience, friendly, etc. However: 1. Would have been nice to have a full tank of gas, not an 1/8th- heh, my trade had a full tank! 2. Great experience, friendly, etc. However: 1. Dick Hanna really does say yes! The customer service was awesome. I dont have good credit at all and these guys Kept going until they found someone to finance me. They stayed at the dealership way past closing time just to make sure I drove away in my new truck. I think it was actually around 10;30 pm that we finished up. I kept apologizing for it being so late but they assured me it was no problem. Also about a week after I bought the truck they called me and said that it was supose to have had brand new tires put on it before it was sold. The tires that where on it where good but not brand new. They gave me a loaner car and put new tires on at no extra cost to me. What dealership does that? DICK HANNA! i More
