After my divorce I needed a reliable car so I went to Dick says yes and they set me up in a ver This is the 3rd car I have bought in the last 4 years. After my divorce I needed a reliable car so I went to Dick says yes and they set me up in a very Nice Nissan Frontier that I enjoyed driving for 3+ years. My new wife and I where so impressed with them that we went back to them last year and bought her a very nice Volkswagen Passat, she was all ready pre- approved through her Credit Union but Dick Says Yes was able to get her an even better loan than she had through her institution. Last year I needed to have back surgery and my truck just wasn't comfortable for me to drive any longer so once again I headed back to Dick Says Yes to look into getting into something a little more comfortable to drive. The salesman that we had worked with in the past was gone so I had contacted James Wheeler to set up an appointment to come in and look at a newer vehicle. He had Lawrence Ram work with me in finding me a new car and I was able to purchase a 2012 Volkswagen CC, not only was I able to get a newer and more comfortable vehicle to drive, but they where able to secure me a better loan than I had previously had. More

Doug contacted me by phone and assured me that he would do his very best to help me with what I needed, Unfortunately Doug was not available when I arrived for my appointment, but his teammate Tom was very willing to take over. Tom was very pleasant and totally understood my problems. To make a long story short, I drove home with a great vehicle! Tom and his finance manager worked with me within my budget and I left very satisfied with the transaction. I will give Tom all the kudos however in helping me feel comfortable and his willingness to answer my questions.
