Car shopping is stressful. The sales staff at Dick Hannah and Dick Says Yes were up front regarding what they had and what they could offer and they didn't waste my time. I purchased my car in September of 2013 and it was the best experience I've ever had at a dealership. Douglas treated me with respect and was so very helpful the entire time. He showed me cars that he tho best experience I've ever had at a dealership. Douglas treated me with respect and was so very helpful the entire time. He showed me cars that he thought I would be interested in and just let me decide on what was right for me. I came in with spotty credit and he never once looked down on me. Instead, he gave me pointers on raising my credit and attaining a lower APR in the future. I chose a Nissan Altima and he and Roc said if that's the car I wanted, they would make it work. And they did! I was literally in and out within 3 hours! They even found a lender that offered a lower APR and cheaper payment and worked with me 110% on meeting the requirements for the lender. I have been telling anyone that will listen to go to this dealership when you're in the market for a new vehicle and have had previous credit challenges. Lance was very persistent and friendly over the phone, and once I decided to purchase, I worked with Douglas. Lance even called to check in on me after I purchased it, even though it wasn't his sale. I felt bad that Lance had the day off when I went it, but he and Douglas ended up sharing the sale. These guys are honest and work together...so rare to find these days.
