Aggressive and effective. Post sale I’m trying to acquire funds owed to me through Dick Hannah Subaru and all of a sudden the entire family of Dick Hannah goes dark on me for Post sale I’m trying to acquire funds owed to me through Dick Hannah Subaru and all of a sudden the entire family of Dick Hannah goes dark on me for days on end ( except for Maya at Dick Says Yes .. she ALWAYS picks up my calls or returns them promptly. I’m finding it incredibly difficult to get any sort of a response from Brittany in accounting/ refunds. I’ve been more than patient, overly kind and the refund is PAST DUE. Imagine making a payment to them past due ? Would they continue to be sweet and kind on the tele? I just don’t know why it is so difficult to simply respond with a simple ballpark of a time frame that my refund, my hard earned money will be returned to me.. that’s my only complaint More
