I felt immediately comfortable when walking into Dick Says Yes during my visit, I was greeted by multiple employees upon arrival and everyone seemed to have a genuinely good attitude about their jobs. I had been shopping for a car for over a week after wrecking my Audi. I had three days left before I had to return the rental. Needless to say, I was very stressed. By the time I showed up at Dick Says wrecking my Audi. I had three days left before I had to return the rental. Needless to say, I was very stressed. By the time I showed up at Dick Says Yes in Vancouver, I'd already been to multiple dealerships. My hopes were simple - I wanted an SUV that was in good shape and that I could drive comfortably (I'm 5 feet tall). The last dealership I was at, after telling them what I wanted, brought me a Ford Fiesta... which is so obviously an SUV. So I finally ended up at Dick Says Yes. Rob immediately came outside and asked me what I was looking for and the price range I wanted to stay in. He was efficient, friendly and honest. We looked at financing and my budget before we looked at cars. Once that was done, he started showing me what was available that was also affordable for me. Rob was incredibly patient. We looked at so many SUVs in inventory and went back and forth between options while he listened to my cries about the loss of my Audi and how tired I was of car shopping. When a SUV on their Kelso lot gets me thinking, he offers to drive up right then and there to bring it back for me to test drive. I want to point out that it was past 6 pm and Kelso was 45 minutes away. Unfortunately, after checking into the vehicle, Rob lets me know that it's in their shop and needs some work still. By the time my husband and I had been there looking for three hours, I was starting to feel bad for Rob having to put up with me! At about 7 pm, a red 2008 Ford Escape catches our eye. Its up on a rack at the front of the lot. Before Rob bravely climbs up on the rack and reverses it down the ramp, I'm already in love with it. We took it for a drive, parked it in front of the office and went to talk numbers. Rob had a great attitude. I was worn out, my husband was grouchy and hungry but Rob still had a smile on his face. That was impressive in itself! And he never once brought me tiny little car like the Fiesta. Finally! The search was over! When it's time to get a new car after this beautiful SUV, I will most definitely go back to Dick Says Yes. Especially if they continue to keep great employees like Rob. More

I went in to this dealership with low hopes on being able to get a vehicle due to poor credit and limited funds for a down payment. I was beyond pleasantly surprised to find that not only were they able to g to get a vehicle due to poor credit and limited funds for a down payment. I was beyond pleasantly surprised to find that not only were they able to get me financing but they were able to get me into a very nice car. Lawrence and jim (finance) were amazing! They answered every question I had and both went above and beyond to ensure I was happy and comfortable. The customer service was wonderful. The salesperson Robert Chartier, was very willing to work with me on price and monthly payments I would be comfortable with.
