My story began 2 year ago. I contacted Dick Says Yes to find a used car. I talked with Jake over the phone several times, and he was always patient with me. Always he was friendly, optimistic, and encourag find a used car. I talked with Jake over the phone several times, and he was always patient with me. Always he was friendly, optimistic, and encouraging. Several life changes occurred which forced me to put off buying the car I sorely needed. But every now and again I would get a call from Jake saying that he hadn't forgotten about me, never putting on any pressure, and just making sure I knew he would be there when I was ready and then finally I was. I came into the dealership and was greeted by Jim, Jake was with another client at the time, and so Jim made sure weren't forgotten and took care of us until Jake arrived. I told him what I wanted, what I could afford, and he showed me a few options. He delivered the utmost respect, patience, and understanding. We found an option that worked for me, and we were off and running. Rachel and Robert helped with the financing, and these two were wonderfully funny people. My credit was not great, actually almost non existent, but they looked and found me a credit union which helps people in my situation, who just need a chance to build credit. I got a great interest rate, a fair monthly payment, and all of it without endless haggling over pricing. Friendly and attentive to detail, they set up my loan, and helped me figure out plates, fees, and financing. I was amazed at how efficient it all was, I felt like they knew my time was important. It means a lot to me that they made the entire experience smooth and even fun. It was the first time I had bought a car, and I was extremely nervous. I had gone looking at a few other dealerships (not Dick Hannah one's) and I was leveled at how underhanded some of them had seemed. Everything at Dick Says Yes was upfront and honest, as well as carefully crafted to make me, the customer, happy. This is an important milestone in my life, and thanks to Jake and the team at Dick Says Yes Vancouver, I got everything I was hoping for. Now I am driving a 2011 Chevy Aveo, and I couldn't be happier. More
