I had a GREAT experience at DSY. I walked in not wanting to deal with someone pushing cars in my face and not understanding fully what I was getting into. I worked with Jacob Adams. The thought of buying a car is always one full of extreme anxiety. As anyone that has purchased enough vehicles in their life knows that the second you step onto any car lot you are swarmed with sales peopl anxiety. As anyone that has purchased enough vehicles in their life knows that the second you step onto any car lot you are swarmed with sales people, which in most cases feed you a load of bull for a way over priced vehicle and then you waste hours of your time waiting, negotiating to either leave dissappointed or angry that you just got taken........When I found myself in the position of needing a new car I did my normal car shopping and yes of course encountered the same....UNTIL, I happened upon Dick Says Yes.....I spoke with the sales employee, Nick Barnes, over the phone he was very friendly, entertaining and I had no problem driving 2 hours to go visit the dealership to see what they had. To be honest before I got there, I gave myself a little talk, no one was going to push me into something I did not want and I expected the "typical" salesman mentality from him or anyone else. My experience with buying a car has never been a pleasant one, only something out of shear need just so I had a car to drive. Let me say, to my total amazement, the entire transaction was pleasant, I felt like everyone one that I dealt with that night was on top of their game and had outstanding customer service! My thanks goes out to NICK BARNES and the two finance guys.....REUBEN and JAMES! All of you, Thank you! I only test drove one car that night - it was the one I bought. I will definately be back for my future vehicles, servicing, etc. It was worth my time and the 2 hour drive over there. More
