There was a major point of confusion during delivery regarding the car keys, as I was initially told by the salesman the vehicle came with two keys, but only received one at closing. This led to a frustrating deadlock with the sales team. This is where General Manager Lawrence Ram became the hero. Mr. Ram was incredibly helpful and genuinely eager to solve the issue of the lost or missing second key. He demonstrated exceptional dedication to customer service and was great at figuring out how to get an original replacement.
