Bait and switch. Do not go to this dealership. Here is my story. I own one vehicle and live alone in Scappoose, OR. I rely on my vehicle for transportation to work. My current vehicle had a catastrophic engi story. I own one vehicle and live alone in Scappoose, OR. I rely on my vehicle for transportation to work. My current vehicle had a catastrophic engine failure on a Monday evening. That night and the following day, I contacted several dealerships about vehicle I was interested in. As Dick Hannah Dick Says Yes had the best deal on the style vehicle I wanted, I had a co-worker drop me off at the dealership after work as I had an appt to see the car. When I got there, the car was neither there or on the website. The only car they had in that style was 3X the amount of the car I wanted to see. The payments and increase in insurance would be difficult to cover. I requested to see more reasonably priced cars on their website and was told they were still in the inspection process.I was told that even if they were, I could not be financed on a car under $10,000. Believing that I had no other option, I purchased the vehicle. Two miles off the lot and the check engine light came on. The engine also made a gurgling noise. When I got home, I emailed the sales manager to inform him of this problem. The next morning, three dealerships with loan approvals they were able to obtain on my behalf. These approvals were for sub $10K cars. That day after work, I attempted to return the car. I was told that I could not, but their service center would look at the car. For $23K, it should not need service so soon. I expressed that I wanted to return the car many times. I also asked about the 3 day exchange policy advertised on their website and was told for some reason that my car did not qualify. After being made to sit in the waiting room for 2.75 hrs, They said that they could give me a 2018 model of the exact same vehicle, even the color for the same price and that was my only option. So, here I am. My monthly payments are way over my budget, for a vehicle that I don't want. I was desperate, so easily miss-led. Don't make the same mistakes I did. More

Hayden was outstanding and went above and beyond helping me get into a vehicle. I initially had a specific vehicle in mind, and when it didn't look like it was going to work out, I left the dealership and f me get into a vehicle. I initially had a specific vehicle in mind, and when it didn't look like it was going to work out, I left the dealership and figured that was that. After emailing with Hayden back and forth a few times, and Hayden looking into several vehicles, I found what I was looking for. Hayden was able to line everything up for me while I was at work, and I met him at the dealership for a test drive. After taking it for a quick spin, I was able to get everything singed, trade out my vehicle and was on my way within 1 hour. This is the second vehicle I have purchased from Dick Says Yes, and I highly recommend them. It is worth the drive from the Portland Metro area. They go out of their way to work with you, and make the process as simple as it can be. More
