The only gripe we had was with the process performed when taking the down payment. They attempted to run my card multiple times before attempting to contact me (even though after finally speaking with me they had confirmed the right information, but kept entering it wrong on their side). I ended up having to contact my bank because it was being flagged as fraud after so many attempts. More
