Cash Buyer Disappointed James was really helpful in answering all our questions and getting us through the process of buying a car. No trade in and paying cash, I was really disappointed. The salesman had no say in this. He said if the car was valued at $25,000, maybe they could have given us the $600. REALLY?!!
