I couldn't finance on my own as my credit history has hardly started, so I needed to bring in a co-signer to make it happen; one who lives in another state. I knew it wasn't going to be an easy or a smooth process, and I didn't want to deal with the paperwork headache. A friend of mine recommended Dick Hannah, and I'm so happy I went. Lance fully took on my situation and was able to work out an affordable financing option for me, short and long term. He handled all of the paperwork mess, and gave me a frustration-free experience. This was my first time buying a car from a dea I stumbled across Dick Hannah's after learning my car was going to need more repairs than it was worth. This was my first time buying a car from a dealership and i'm glad to say I didn't have the terrible car dealership experience you hear about from so many people. Literally every single person at this dealership was kind, patient and helped me every step of the way.
