I have purchased two gladiators from this dealership and there is something up with the service department! They have wasted a ridiculous amount of my time over the past couple of years! I live pretty far out of town and my time is valuable, which has fallen on deaf ears repeatedly. The last straw was I had to come in to have my air conditioner looked at. I was told the part was on order so I returned the following week as scheduled. After a 2 + hour wait I was told they couldn't fix it and I'd need to come back out to have the full dash taken out, which would've been helpful information prior to scheduling the appointment and sitting there for no reason for over two hours! This gladiator is only one year old and the cost was going to be mine! Why the warranty wouldn't cover this I have no idea. It makes no sense at all. Because I spent countless hours going trough this last year being asked to come in every other week for repairs on my Mohave, I am officially done with Jeep and with Dick Hannah. I loved my Mohave up until things went wrong, which now I'm questioning if what I was being told was true. Unfortunately, I gave it one more chance thinking I possibly had a lemon. At the end of the day I think I was way too nice throughout this whole process and should've went someplace else for work. I have since ditched Jeep and went to a GMC. I'm so much happier, but it cost me a lot of money, time and frustration before throwing in the towel on Jeep. Thank you so much Dick Hannah for that! After buying many vehicles from Dick Hannah for over 30 years I can honestly say I will never step another foot in any of their dealerships again. More

Our first purchase at Dick Hannah Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Vancouver, WA was a Ram 1500 with John Mann, and it set a standard. So when we needed a mid-size SUV, we did our homework across GMC, Ford, Chevy and BMW first. We even had the X7 dealer call us with a price drop. But we knew that at Dick Hannah we'd be welcomed and actually helped, so we went back to John Mann. We have two senior dogs, and we needed 4WD we could trust in snow and mountain driving. John Mann came out with a tape measure and spent real time helping us load our dog crates in and out of one vehicle after another until we knew exactly what fit. Nobody else did that. As women, we've had experiences at other dealerships where the questions get answered over our heads. That never happened here. John Mann talked to us directly, answered exactly what we asked, and took our requirements seriously from the first conversation. If you've run into that elsewhere, this is the place to go. We left to go drive the X7, turned around, and bought the Grand Cherokee L. That decision came down to John Mann's customer service, his knowledge of the product, and our experience buying the Ram here. We've owned a lot of different vehicles over the years and we know what a good buying experience feels like. This was one. Coleman took care of us in finance on the Ram, and Jeff did the same on the Grand Cherokee. Both were patient, thorough, and never made us feel rushed. Every person we met here impressed us, and the selection is excellent. We didn't want to waste any more time, and we didn't have to. We bought a vehicle that works for us, from someone who listened.
