We went to 3 different dealerships before we met Bill Farra who listened carefully to our needs and found the perfect car for us (not one we had even considered before). Usually buying a car is worse than going to the dentist, but these two gentlemen made the purchase painless. Noone attempted to push anything on us. If I buy a car again, I will return to this dealership. More

Bought a new Wagoneer in 2022. Had issues with the heated seat on the driver's side in 2023. What a fiasco to get it fixed it was. After about 5 trips to get it fixed they finally Had issues with the heated seat on the driver's side in 2023. What a fiasco to get it fixed it was. After about 5 trips to get it fixed they finally decided to replace the whole heating element. After that final trip we get home and notice they didn't stitch the seat entirely and was coming apart. It took an email to the service manager to get it fixed. Fast forward to now and we have the same problem on the other side, took it in and they said they were going to order parts and notify us when they come in. Noone called after weeks so my wife called and was told parts were in and to set up an appointment. My wife has called 9 times with no answer to the service department and has left multiple messages. Still waiting for a response. Worst customer service I have ever experienced from a dealership after spending 85K on a vehicle. Apparently customers don't matter to the service department. More
