The tail light assembly on my new Jeep was faulty and had to be replaced. I got an appointment as soon as the part came in, which I think was about a week from the time I reported the issue. Mark Peterson to be replaced. I got an appointment as soon as the part came in, which I think was about a week from the time I reported the issue. Mark Peterson handled the whole thing. He answered all of my questions to my satisfaction and even fixed an issue with a loose license plate screw. It took about an hour to have everything done and I was totally happy with the whole experience. I loved my old 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee and had a few concerns about whether this new 2022 model could be any better, but it is awesome! Mary Johnston More
