I have spent the last twenty years at Dick Hannah purchasing various vehicles some disappointing service some good. Today Saturday November 13, 2021 I stopped by the dealership in the am Shawn approa purchasing various vehicles some disappointing service some good. Today Saturday November 13, 2021 I stopped by the dealership in the am Shawn approached my vehicle I mentioned that I did not have an appointment, however; my check engine light was on for two days and asked if they would have time to check the engine needed reassurance that there was no major problem for me to get back to Long Beach, WA. Shawn said he could get me in and the cost to look at it would mean a few hours and $175 for diagnosing plus costs for repair Shawn did mention it would be fine as long as the check engine light is not flashing. I did make it back to Warrenton, OR and stopped in at Lums Jeep dealership I spoke to the service department and explained about the check engine light they asked me to wait a moment then they can take a look to give me a diagnosis well guess what 15 minutes later I had the diagnosis and saw where the squirrels were eating my wires where #5 was misfiring made an appointment to bring the car back in for Lums to fix the vehicle there was no charge and no pressure in where I take my car to get it fixed. I live in Vancouver, WA, however; I will dive to Warrenton, Ir to have my car repairs done and purchase of my new vehicle. The difference? Dick Hannah’s moto is “Believe in Nice” Lum’s “Believe in service” This has not been the first time at Lums when I’m in town and needed to have one of my vehicles looked at they were always right there to help and at no charge. On November 4 I scheduled an appointment for new exhaust on challenger. I requested estimate as I seriously budget and hate surprises. I called and miss said that it could take a day and half for a two hour on challenger. I requested estimate as I seriously budget and hate surprises. I called and miss said that it could take a day and half for a two hour job. Five days later no estimate. Sent email and text asking if Lyft ride was extra and again for estimate. Nothing! I know they are far too busy to put aside their work to answer simple questions from the likes of me! I came to the conclusion that my money is not enough for the time it would take to answer my questions. I certainly did not want to spoil their day by adding to their work load. So I canceled my 7 am appointment for Wednesday to lighten the stress. Tim britches was my advisor per email. More

Our sales rep Steve was very helpful in finding us our new car. We were on the fence between the Grand Cherokee and the Palisade. After learning about all the functions of the Cherokee we went with a new new car. We were on the fence between the Grand Cherokee and the Palisade. Steve showed us all the options on the Overland and Limited. What I really liked is he then let us make the choice on our own. I also really appreciated that Steve was very understanding that I have been busy with work and was more than willing to work around this. The financing and final sale was also very pleasant. Once again, I was shown all the options available and given the time to make the best choice for me on my own. This allowed me to walk out of the with a deal I was 100 % satisfied with!
