After the second missed due date we spoke to a person on the phone that said they would get us a loaner. Went into the shop to be told they wouldn't, and the car might be ready as soon as that afternoon... even though they didn't have the part yet!? Cindy (who said she was the manager) said she would call us later that afternoon. We never heard from her. A week after that the car was ready. We were charged $950.00 over what we were quoted. We were told the quote did not include labor! Who doesn't include labor in the quote? Dick Hannah says they believe in "nice". If they think this is nice, What does terribe look like? More
Rare experience at a dealership. Ok, I know how dealerships work., I spend half my life working at them and still know a lot of people who do. I always dread going car shopping due to the salesman and the whole process that takes WAY too much time and never turns out in your favor, or even how they promised up front. BUT! Curtis was a breath of fresh air. We were actually leaving the lot as we couldn't find what we wanted (or wanted to AFFORD), and he just hung out with us and chatted, and more importantly, LISTENED. by the time were were done, I got into what I thought was an impossible deal and drove home 2 new 2019 vehicles. WE really only came in to sit in a used 26k grand cherokee to see if the wife liked it or not, yet we drove home in a cherkoee trailhawk and a wrangler! how's that for finding the impossible deal! Thank you Curtis! Thank you to the finance teams and everybody else that made this happen. It still took long, but I am pleased to say this was the best dealership experience I have ever had. Deceptive, ignorant, and complete lack of respect Bought 2 Jeeps here 3 years ago at the same time. My wrangler, 24k miles and needs a battery. Dropped it off last night for an appointment at 7...to change a battery. 10 hours later and it’s still not been looked at, received zero communication all day in spite of calling and emailing, all the while being promised to get updates. Nope, not a one. The person I’m supposed to deal with has been evasive, knows nothing about the status, has provided no communication and keeps telling me that just because I had an appointment at 7 A.M. doesn’t mean that’s when the car will be looked at. So, basically, ignorant of what the word appointment means. She literally told me that the word appointment has a different definition in the auto industry...um...no, it’s the same definition and expectation no matter what industry. This service dept shows a complete lack of respect for someone who spent over 75k. Also, can’t get a hold of the service Dept manager, Ken. I will NEVER return to this dealership and will advise anyone who will listen to avoid them like the plague. More

I had an exceptional experience I purchased my new Jeep Cherokee from Dick Hannah and my salesperson was Rosa. I recently dropped off the jeep at the dealership to have heated seat I purchased my new Jeep Cherokee from Dick Hannah and my salesperson was Rosa. I recently dropped off the jeep at the dealership to have heated seats installed. From the minute I dropped off my jeep and then returned to pick it up, I had EXCELLENT customer service. The jeep was ready a little earlier than expected, Rosa went way out of her way to make sure it was a smooth transition for me. She was also very helpful in setting up my UConnect account for me and answering all my additional questions about the jeep. Thank you Rosa!!! I LOVE the heated seats, they are prefect. More
BUYER BEWARE!! PLEASE READ!! BUYER BEWARE ALERT! DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM ABRAHAM OR TITO! OR DICK HANNAH IN MY OPINION! I RECENTLY BOUGHT A 30,000 CAR FROM DICK HANNAH AND HAD TH BUYER BEWARE ALERT! DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM ABRAHAM OR TITO! OR DICK HANNAH IN MY OPINION! I RECENTLY BOUGHT A 30,000 CAR FROM DICK HANNAH AND HAD THE WORST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. I REALLY FEEL LIKE THIS NEEDS TO BE SHARED BECAUSE THERE ARE MANY OTHER DEALERSHIPS THAT WILL TREAT YOU RIGHT. MY EXPERIENCE STARTED BY WALKING IN AND ASKING FOR HELP ON TRADING IN MY CURRENT CAR AND GETTING A NEW ONE. IMMEDIATELY I WAS TOLD TO SIT DOWN AND WAIT TO SEE IF I QUALIFIED. ABOUT AN HOUR AND A HALF LATER I WAS TOLD I AM QUALIFIED AND THEY BROUGHT ME A CAR, THEY DIDN'T ASK ME WHAT I WANTED. I WAS TOLD THIS WAS ALL I COULD AFFORD. WHILE THAT DID THROW ME OFF A BIT, I ACTUALLY LIKED THE CAR, SO I WENT WITH IT. THEY KEPT BRINGING ME NUMBERS THAT WERE WAY OUTSIDE MY PRICE RANGE FOR A MONTHLY PAYMENT AND WE FINALLY SETTLED ON AN AMOUNT BECAUSE ABRAHAM SAID THAT HE WOULD TROW IN THE EXTENDED WARRANTY, AND I THOUGHT THAT WAS FAIR SINCE MY PAYMENT WAS ABOVE WHAT I WANTED TO PAY. SO, I SIGN THE PAPERWORK AFTER BEING IN THE DEALERSHIP FOR ALMOST 5 HOURS, EXTREMEMLY TIRED, I SIGNED IT ALL AND WALKED TO MY CAR. I IMMEDIATELY NOTICE A LARGE DENT IN THE PASSENGERS SIDE DOOR. THEY TRIED TO TELL ME THERE WASN'T ONE AND I WASN'T LEAVING WITH THIS DENT, SO THEY CALLED THE OWNERS OUT AND THEY SAID THEY WOULD FIX IT. THEY TOLD ME TO BRING THE CAR BACK THE NEXT MONDAY, A WEEK LATER AND THEY WOULD FIX THE EASY TO COME OUT DENT IN THE DOOR AND PROVIDE ME WITH A CAR TO DRIVE TO WORK. I DROPPED MY BRAND-NEW CAR OFF WITH 200 MILES ON IT. THEY SAID IT WOULD BE READY THE SAME DAY. I CALLED AND CALLED DAY AFTER DAY WITH NO UPDATES. FINALLY; THEY JUST STARTED IGNORING MY CALLS AND EVEN GETTING MAD AT ME WHEN I SHOWED UP TO THE LOT TO FIND OUT WHAT IS GOING ON. LIE AFTER LIE ABOUT WHERE MY CAR WAS. 6 DAYS LATER IN THE EVENING THEY SAID MY CAR WAS READY I WENT TO GET IT AND IT HAD 437 MILES ON IT. THEY DROVE MY CAR OVER 200 MILES I NEVER GAVE ANYONE PERMISSION TO DRIVE MY CAR ANYWHERE! THEIR EXCUSE WAS THAT THE MECHANIC WAS IN PORTLAND SO THEY HAD TO DRIVE THERE, IT IS NOT 200 MILES TO PORTLAND. I COMPLAINED TO THE HIGHEST MANAGER AND HE TOLD ME HE WOULD MAKE SURE I WAS HAPPY BY THE TIME I GOT MY CAR BACK. I HAVE NOT HEARD ANYTHING FROM HIM. AFER LOOKING AT MY PAPAREWORK I INDEED PAID 3000.00 FOR THE EXTENDED WARRANTY THAT ABRAHAM THREW IN FOR ME. THE TERMS WERE DIFFERENT THAN WHAT WE AGREED ON AND TALKED ABOUT. I ALSO FOUND OUT THEY PULLED MY CREDIT FROM 10 DIFFERENT CREDIT UNIONS AND MY SCORE WAS IMPACTED GREATLY. I WAS NOT TAUGHT ANYTHING ABOUT MY NEW CAR, THE CAR SHUT OFF AT THE LIGHT AND I GOT WORRIED BUT IT TURNES OUT THAT WAS A FEATURE OF MY CAR. TITO WAS THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL PERSON I HAVE EVER WORKED WITH, WHEN I CAME TO DROP MY CAR OFF TO GET FIXED HE WOULDN'T EVEN AKNOWLEDGE THAT I WAS STANDING IN THE LOBBY WAITING FOR HELP. ABRAHAM KEPT MENTIONING ABOUT HOW PRETTY MY NAILS WERE (COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL) AND WAS BEING REALLY NICE TO SELL THE CAR, BUT EVERYTHING THAT CAME OUT OF HIS MOUTH WAS A LIE. PLEASE DO YOU REASEARCH BEFORE BUYING FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. THEY ARE NOT GOOD PEOPLE AND WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU IF YOUR ARE NOT COMPLETELY INFORMED. DON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKES I DID. I was amazed at how the team in the finance department could put together the most amazing deal I could have ever hoped for. I really wanted heated seats, but the Jeep I purchased did not come with heated seats. No problem, heated seats was included and I'm getting them installed. I give Dick Hannah dealership the highest rating possible! I also love the Jeep. More

Bad news delivered with sympathy I finally brought my Jeep Wrangler in for water testing due to an ongoing leak issue (my work schedule got in the way of bringing it in sooner). Duri I finally brought my Jeep Wrangler in for water testing due to an ongoing leak issue (my work schedule got in the way of bringing it in sooner). During the testing it was determined that there were issues with the seals, which allowed water to seep inside. Unfortunately the warranty for the seals had expired approximately 4,000 miles prior to this discovery. Thank goodness for me that Kelsey Arnold was the person delivering the unfortunate message. Kelsey possesses an emotional intelligence that most lack; she has the ability to articulate problems with a delivery customized to her audience. In my case, Kelsey explained the circumstances and facts pertinent to this issue. With sympathetic resolve, Kelsey went on to explain that the cost of replacing the seals could exceed $2000. To say I was disappointed would be a gross understatement, but that was when Kelsey went into high gear with problem-solving. Kelsey gave me the contact information for Chrysler Customer Care, and explained how I could request special consideration to have the seal-issue fixed under warranty. Kelsey explained what information I would need to provide, and how I should frame my request. I did this, and then Chrysler contacted Kelsey for more information about my situation. Within hours – yes, hours – Chrysler had me back on the telephone informing me that my request had been approved. Amazing. More
