Great sales person. I've dealt with multiple dealerships over the years, and similarly multiple sales employees. I have even walked away from some deals due to issues wi I've dealt with multiple dealerships over the years, and similarly multiple sales employees. I have even walked away from some deals due to issues with sales persons. Bill Farra made it and enjoyable process, and I would recommend him to anyone who is even just looking, and certainly to those in the market for a vehicle. He is awesome. More

Courteous employees, fair price We went into Dick Hannah Jeep looking for a specifically advertised Jeep- and found it with the friendly assistance of Mikella Ojeda. Then Abraham, he We went into Dick Hannah Jeep looking for a specifically advertised Jeep- and found it with the friendly assistance of Mikella Ojeda. Then Abraham, her Manager, joined us and we negotiated a final price. Then we were assisted by Hakim to document the sale. Each of these employees were very courteous and thanked us for our business. The only reason we did not rate 5 stars is the process took something in excess of 2 hours to finalize and could have gone more quickly in our opinion. More

2017 Jeep Grang Cherokee Went into the dealership wanting to just look at a new 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee. they offer a new Red that is just beautiful. I had a 2015 Grand Chero Went into the dealership wanting to just look at a new 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee. they offer a new Red that is just beautiful. I had a 2015 Grand Cherokee High Altitude Ed. I didn't think I would be able to get the Red one. Bill Farra was my sales guy, I have bought 2 new Ram 4x4's, an 012,13, an 015 Challenger, and a 015 Jeep Cherokee and a 015 Grand Cherokee from him. Bill went the extra mile to get me the deal. I also had Abraham help to get the deal done. Bill Farra is the only reason I keep going back to Dick Hannah. I have bought over 50 brand new cars and trucks {not counting many Hot Rods and used cars] and Bill is the best I have ever dealt with. He is there after the sale as well for any questions or concerns. without Bill I would have driven home in my gray jeep. More

We h My husbands car broke down and we were not looking forward to all the schmoozing we'd have to go through at a car dealership to get us a new car. We heard good things about Dick Hannah, so this was the first (and last) place we looked. We were instantly greeted by Curtis Sprague, who patiently helped us look for something in our tight budget. He even drove us to the lot across town to show us a car we had seen online. I feel so lucky that we were greeted by Curtis, he was professional and pleasant to talk to while all the paperwork and loan arrangements were being handled. Thank you Curtis and Dick Hannah for our great experience! More

Better experience than I thought I would have ive had few bad experiences in the past by being rushed for buying a car. But when I came to Dick Hannah, it wasn't really bad experience. The team th ive had few bad experiences in the past by being rushed for buying a car. But when I came to Dick Hannah, it wasn't really bad experience. The team that had helped me was awesome, they took they're time with me, making me feel welcomed. I would really come back to this dealership, and non of the other ones I've been too. Aladdin and Matt were awesome, I would really recommend them. More

disrespectful Went to look at a jeep renagade and they only have two left in stock: orange manual one and a white automatic one that had $8000 in additional options Went to look at a jeep renagade and they only have two left in stock: orange manual one and a white automatic one that had $8000 in additional options. The car itself is $22000 which is in our budget. They didn't have a black one with the minimal additional options for another 1-2 weeks. We worked with Shawn who the the floor sales man who was excellent and understanding but when his manager came over trying to push us to buy the white one with $8000 options. We told him that wasn't in out budget and that we would like to wait and purchase the black one that is on it's way in the next 1-2 weeks. Instead the manager insults us saying this value was way better and that they were going to sell the extra options for $3000 less. I agreed that it was a good deal but we didn't need or want all the additional options like beats speakers or XM radio. He then got frustrated because he couldn't sell that white car he had in stock to us and said in his words, "some people just aren't wise enough to understand value when it is in front of them". He was very condescending. As mentioned before Shawn was great but his manager was extremely rude. I would never buy from these people or refer anyone to purchase a vehicle from them. More
