Total lack of service standards, follow-up I was having engine issues in January with my Jeep Cherokee, and brought the car into Hannah Jeep for service. After it had been there for over 24 hours I was told it was a thermostat issue and they would need to order a new one, with an emphasis on it being a "rush order". Four months later, with no communication, I called to see what was holding it up. They were completely oblivious to any follow-up (no notes, nothing), and simply said "I think we have one, bring your car in". So yesterday I dropped my car off in the morning, and late in the day received a call from the service consultant saying my car was ready. As I arrived this morning he wasn't there, but another person offered assistance. Without going through what had been done he simply handed me the copy of the invoice along with the inspection review. What was listed were "failed tasks" reflecting three items: - "Found engine oil to be dirty and should be replaced with new filter" I had it changed 2,700 miles ago - "Found brake fluid to be dirty/contaminated/brake fluid exchange should occur" - "Found cabin micro filter dirty/should be replaced" Now, you'd think that would have been brought to my attention yesterday, when it could have been dealt with. Instead, nothing was said and when I inquired with the shift supervisor why there hadn't been any follow-up or communication she simply said "I dunno, he should have said something but It looks like he didn't, would you like us to deal with those items now?" I said "Really? You want me to leave it here again because you can't follow-up with something this simple and communicate it to me so I don't have to spend additional time having my car here again?" She just looked at me like I was asking something extraordinary from her. No apology, no concern, just a blank stare. Hannah, your customer service is pathetic. The company I work for purchases vehicles from you regularly and I'll be passing my concerns along to them as well. More

Complete disrespect for veterans Purchased a 2016 jeep wrangler while stationed in California retired and moved to Washington. Much to our frustration, the Jeep has been in for repair Purchased a 2016 jeep wrangler while stationed in California retired and moved to Washington. Much to our frustration, the Jeep has been in for repairs for over 60 days total at this point making my wife terrified to even drive it. Good news is Chrysler awarded us a buy back due to it being a lemon and referred us to Dick Hannah to replace the vehicle. After not hearing from the dealership and placing a call to our Chrysler representative she gave us the name of the manager who would be our point of contact since he was not returning her e-mails. I promptly called and explained our situation to immediately be told Dick Hannah could not help since they would make no money on it and that we would have to use the dealership we purchased from. I tried to point out that this was coming directly from Chrysler, that we were Military and had no control over where we were stationed when the Jeep was purchased. From this point of the conversation on I could not get a word in as it was just a constant repeat of how they would make no money and therefore not interested in helping us. Lost my temper at this point and said if he'd shut the h**l up and let me talk maybe I could explain better...got hung up on. Won't ever use this dealership for future vehicles or recommend to others. More

Plan on return trips till fixed Door lock solenoid needed replaced. I asked if there were parts available on a weekend (YES). My appointment was for 7AM. No return calls all day aft Door lock solenoid needed replaced. I asked if there were parts available on a weekend (YES). My appointment was for 7AM. No return calls all day after several attemps toget an update. I called them at 6PM to be told come and get car, parts are on order a week out. Whay happend to we have access to parts? Severl days later; took car in, repeat of above as when I got home the door could not be opened from exterior. Plan on multiple trips for basic repairs. Good luck... Stuart was very apologetic and genuinely embarrassed. But that doesn't solve multiple errors and poor followup communications. They did offer a free car warsh for the hassle if I could wait a half an hour. So I did. At a half an hour no car; Where is the car? Its in line to be warshed. I said forget it...Just dissapointing how "service" is handled. More

EASY! I know "easy" is overused but in my opinion is speaks volume! I was very, very apprehensive about getting a new car. I liked my car but this winter I know "easy" is overused but in my opinion is speaks volume! I was very, very apprehensive about getting a new car. I liked my car but this winter has pushed it beyond "easy" & a new one was needed. My family pushed me towards getting a Jeep & since I drive by Dick Hannah Jeep often I thought I would try there. After putting it off & putting it off I chose a rainy Wednesday afternoon & made the first step in driving on the lot. That was it! That was the hardest part; from there is was just a pleasant, relaxing, "easy" process. Before I was able to shake off my umbrella Rosa was there to greet me with an amazing, genuine smile! I warned her upfront I'm a women who knows what she wants & I'm ready to go! She rolled right with my gregarious personality & didn't miss a beat! We sat down, she listened to what I wanted, she walked me to my "dream" vehicle, I drove it, LOVED IT, met Aladdin who helped with my paperwork (another genuinely "nice" person!), met with the finance guy (please fill in blank LOL I am very sorry I forgot his name but truly amazing! He sensed my need to move things along & he did -- perfect!), met with Corey to verify I'm compliant with my insurance (another great team-member -- not a bad one in the bunch!) & I was out the door with my "new ride" & a sincere hug from Rosa that just sealed this experience beyond 5 stars! I can't think of the last time I had any experience as EASY & painless as this was & I was buying a car! Just amazing group -- thank you VERY much!! You have a fan/consumer/advocate for life! :) More
