I never expected this kind of service and this kind, forthright, and gracious demeanor... I purchased a great new car at an incredible price but the real story was the kindness and product knowledge I received from this salesperson. Look, it just proves that someone can be a great salesperson without gimmicks by being really helpful and caring through the use of imparting information as opposed to puffing things up. My decision to visit this dealership began with an email exchange with Spencer Carlson. His wonderful service convinced me that this place might just be for real... So I went a great distance from my home in Oregon to see if the prices and inventory claims were true... when I drove into this large sized dealership I thought "Well this is not going to be a very personal experience" compared to those I had experienced over the years in our small hometown lots... It took all of about one minute for that to dispelled by Mikella ... The prices were real and the inventory was there no games, no deception, no pressure. I doubt I will ever see any of these individuals again, unless I decide to find another car for some reason in the near future or take a friend there who is looking to purchase one, but I will never forget Mikella and the Dick Hannah Dealership. Corrected their Mistake UPDATE: Dick Hannah corrected their mistake and reimbursed me for my new tires. I'm very satisfied that they had the integrity to do the right thing. Other than this error, Dick Hannah has provided good service. We purchased a brand new Jeep Grand Cherokee from them over 3 and a half years ago and they said that if we got every service at their service department, they would replace our tires for free. Now that our tires need to be replaced they said that we didn't qualify because that free tire program ended 5 months before we bought the car. We went out of the way to get the car serviced there and spent a great deal of money. They should be ashamed of themselves. We'll never deal with Dick Hannah again and you should be aware. More

The management team was also great they worked very hard to get me the deal I wanted and the extended warranty that was right for me. Everybody at the dealership was straight forward and explained all of the details about my vehicle and all of the paperwork that had to be gone threw. The management, financing, and Rosa stayed very late to make sure I was taken care of, and even after the paper work was done and we were out the door Rosa still took the time to go over all of the features late at night, and told us if there is any questions down the road not to hesitate and come in or give her a call, and she would be glad to help. I will definitely be back for service and any future vehicle purchases. More
