Went to this Dealership today, from Oregon, for a factory authorized warranty inspection to purchase an extended warranty. Was quoted a price of $130 from another Jeep Dealer and $105 from Mopar Factory. Upon arrival at DH they told me the inspection would be $345! The service writer who was helping me was being over ridden by a food chomping gal at the next desk. She said that's the price and that's it. She didn't look at there factory form. It's a very simple process mostly visual inspection like a safety/used car inspection. Needless to say I left Never to return. The only reason I went to DH today is due to scheduling leaving for a trip next week. So business must be booming since you don't need anymore.... More

Don't take your vehicle her for service Dropped my rig off for a safety recall. Called the following day - just a litle after opening. The girl handling my vehicle wasn't available to take my call. Requested call back. Never happened. I call back. Parts weren't in for the recall fix. Advised it would be next day. I explained to the girl the issues occurring, in the event it was more than just the recall issue. I was told I would receive a call next day around 11. Again - never happened. I called. Again, the girl handling my vehicle wasn't available. Asked for a call back. Instead of a return call back, I receive a BS text about the techs "forgetting" to look my rig over for potential issues beyond the recall and it would be another several hours before I get an update. i call DHJ back. The girl who was handling my rig was antagonistic, beligerant, unprofessional. i requested to speak to a GM, or Manager - someone above her. She refused. I proceeded to head down to DHJ and pick my rig up. I will say, upon arrival at DHJ, the twp sales people I dealt with were professional and courteous. The Sales Manager tracked my rig down and got me outta there. More
