A good learning and buying experience I went in to look at a few used Jeeps they had on their lot, and ended up coming home with a new one. After looking at the used inventory, Justin show I went in to look at a few used Jeeps they had on their lot, and ended up coming home with a new one. After looking at the used inventory, Justin showed me some of the new units, helping to point out the differences between them. Justin knew the details of the rigs, and was both informative, professional, and entertaining in his discussions. There was no pressure to buy, but the deal was good enough in the end to make me feel I was treated fairly and well. Afterwards, I checked on Truecar, and found that the deal was rated at between good and great, depending on how I looked at my trade in value. To be fair, my trade had a couple issues, and I, like almost anyone, most likely overvalued it. Overall, this was a good experience, and Justin was a pleasant professional to work with. More
Worst buying experience I have had Where to start...I scheduled an appointment online to test drive a used SRT8 jeep which was exactly what I had been looking for about a year. I show u Where to start...I scheduled an appointment online to test drive a used SRT8 jeep which was exactly what I had been looking for about a year. I show up for my appointment I walk back to the Jeep and the front tires, front fenders, and front doors have a significant layer of brake dust on them. It has a change oil light on and the front drivers side tire has a low pressure warning lit up on the instrument cluster. Keep in mind this is a premium priced Certified Previously Owned 125 point certified vehicle that has been checked out at this point. I ask the question, You knew I was coming right?. Yes. So we take it on a test drive and I run it by my mechanic to look at he comments someone has been having fun in this due to the amount of brake dust and an alignment check and check the tires is all he recommended, so we returned. I was fine dealing with Bill Farra, and he was the only pleasant and helpful part of this experience. However this is where I am handed off, which I had stated I didn't want to happen but it did. I end up with Ron who starts working some numbers and I told him my offer based on trade and cash, make it work however you play with the numbers behind the scenes. Then I get Chris Red come out. Lets just say I don't like Chris from the beginning. He is in your face intimidating, pressuring for the sale. Chris throws down some numbers (I had gone up a little at this point) and had me sign saying I would buy for that price he had wrote down and I thought it was a done deal, even called the wife who was out of town. He comes back and says " You can just leave, not happening and wasting our time" I am shocked but say get me the keys to my car and I am out of here. End of that visit. Couple days later Bill text me a picture of it clean on the showroom floor to get my interest back. So I texted him a pic of my car and told him it was still available, meet my deal and fix the know issues. This kept going a couple times over a few days and I wasn't budging much. Finally set up another test drive and talk with Bill only. I show up for the test drive again and the tire light is still on and the change engine oil warning is still on. Bill's head just dropped and he went and got a compressor and aired up the tires while I went through the vehicle. We had talked a little and the negotiation was pretty much done before I got there for this test drive so we started the paper work. Jeremy was the finance guy and he was awesome. We flew through the paperwork, he explained everything well, didn't pressure me on options but I did some anyway. I bought an electronics insurance policy and a window etching insurance for theft. I arranged with Bill to pick it up in a week while they addressed the alignment, etched the windows, oil light, etc. So I come to pick it up and Bill is not there which I knew. Dealing with Ron again. I gave them the check and all the paperwork and keys to my car. I find out they failed to get the second key for the previous Jeep owner when it came in and somehow this is my fault and have to pay about $200 if I want my wife to have a key. If you do much reviewing on Dick Hannah this seems to be a common thing where the customer has to buy a second key. Anyway I need it so I order it and schedule yet another trip into Washington to have a key programmed. I am also told by Ron that their rigorous 125 point CPO inspection covers the alignment Bill and I agreed on but could provide no paperwork to back that up. I was informed they would not be doing a second alignment check that was agreed on as they had done one already. So they bring the Jeep around and I take possession. Change Engine oil light is still on visibly lit up on the dash (so much for that rigorous CPO inspection) and it has 25 miles to empty so I ask for gas. We don't do that Ron says so I leave in a $48K vehicle they can't afford a little gas for to make a customer happy and not knowing the status of the oil change on a CPO vehicle. Once I get it home and start figuring out all of the bells and whistles I look for the window etching I paid for. I have the paperwork and a specific number that is suppose to be on each window. They are not there. So I am back for my key pick up and programming. I had a appointment, but lets just say I spent a couple hours in the waiting area before it went back. Then it turns out they ordered the wrong key, but had the correct key in stock according to the technician. So I didn't even really need to come back, they could have done it when I picked it up. At that point I happen to catch Bill walking through and ask him to point out the etching I paid for. He couldn't locate it so he went and get a technician and a finance guy that sells the etching to come and look and they say, nope it wasn't done. So now I end up dealing with Ron again to get this done and he says it was done I just don't know what I am looking for. At this point I was at my end I clearly pointed out he was wrong and a few people in the showroom probably heard that one. Anyway I had to wait for them to actual install the etching I had paid for at that point. In short I would never recommend this dealership for service or sales, I stuck with it as I had time vested making trying to make progress on a vehicle I would have ordered. If you are in that situation they have that one car that you have been patiently looking for I would recommend dealing with Bill Farra and Jeremy Bowden and at least you won't feel like you need a shower every time you go there. So I guess thank you Bill and Jeremy for your patience and professionalism. I have nothing positive to say on Ron or Chris, will leave it at that. I missed a slightly newer Jeep in a NC auction about 1 month before this one came along, so wish I would have won the auction and could have avoided this whole experience. More
worst service ever I did not purchase my 2015 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited at Dick Hannah, but I did send my rig into their service shop based on a hard top leak that showed I did not purchase my 2015 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited at Dick Hannah, but I did send my rig into their service shop based on a hard top leak that showed up on my 2 month old vehicle. The first visit lasted 11 days with several failed attempts to replace the hard top seals. After picking up my Jeep, the leak returned after only one week. I returned the Jeep to their shop which took an additional 23 days. My service rep did a disappearing act after 7 days and I had to get Chrysler's Star service rep involved. During this entire stay there was never any indication of next steps nor any insight as to the root cause of the issue. I finally picked up my Jeep today. To my surprise I found a wire harness sitting on the dash and the interior totally trashed with water stains and mud prints. I insisted on a detail and repair of the harness. 45 minutes later I left. I later realized on my way home that the passenger all season floor mat was missing - back to the dealership! Surprise, they can't find the missing floor mat so off to parts to get a new one. This took them 20 minutes as it was too complicated to figure out how to bill the service department for the expense. Once they installed the mat I was ready to leave when my son found a pack of Camel smokes in the console! Let's just say I was less than professional with their staff at this point. Unbelievable. Never again. More

Said it was already washed because for some reason they always say they washed it & it never is. Jennifer said she already had it done. I get there and no washed vehicle!! WTH! Jeep not finished being services when I get there & waited an hour. Only good thing with today was Gary the shuttle driver. He's awesome. Shops communication with staff & customers is very poor. Everyone is running around overly busy & the customer suffers for it. I'm sorry we need to bring it here for anything!!! More
