Great service! I bought my 2012 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited 4-door from Dick Hannah, so when I had a problem with the hard top leaking, I brought it back to them for the I bought my 2012 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited 4-door from Dick Hannah, so when I had a problem with the hard top leaking, I brought it back to them for the repair. I called, was told to just "bring it in and we'll see what we need to do," so drove up from Corvallis, OR. I was unsettled at first when they seemed unprepared for walk in service or to provide me with a loaner vehicle once it was determined that my Jeep would have to stay in the shop for at least a day or two. The service department immediately and without drama took care of everything, though, providing me with a car that seemed to appear out of thin air. The whole process was quick and painless. The repair, however, was not quick. New seals had to be ordered and it ended up taking just over a week to complete all the necessary work. I made and received several phone calls to and from the service department - they were invariably friendly, upbeat, informative, and helpful. They went to bat for me with Chrysler to get the service covered under the manufacturer's warranty, checked my brakes free of charge, and took care of two other recall notices while they were waiting for the parts to arrive. All in all, one of my best experiences ever with dealership service. Thanks, guys! More

Sales was very helpful the test drive was good, no pressure sales. Ron Lewis was excellent, very customer orientated, attentive and extremely helpful. The one comment that I have is finance typed up the contract for the trade in payoff on the wrong vehicle. I did not notice until I returned home. I called them and they told me they would fix it without needing anything from me, however it would have been nice to have a follow up phone call to reassure me that they have corrected the problem and connected the correct payoff vehicle to the contract. Overall the experience of buying our new Rubicon was good. I would recommend Dick Hannah to others when looking for a good experience in car buying. More
We have bought several vehicles in the past and this was by far our best experience in trading in and purchasing. At the urging of my son, I took a test drive of the 2014 Grand Cherokee at Dick Hannah Jeep even though I lived 250 miles away. I was so impressed with both the car and with Michael Manning, the salesman, that after returning home I contacted the internet sales department. Kent Ha provided me with several possible choices, all which took in to consideration my requests. I was able to choice my car and negotiate a price from the comfort of my home. When I returned to the dealership, I was taken on a second test drive, and walked through the entire purchase procedure by Jennifer Doll, who was very friendly and informative. It couldn't have been easier, and I would highly recommend Dick Hannah Jeep to anyone interested in purchasing a new car. More

We planned on buying a Jeep. The first dealership was the worst experience we have EVER had, truly the type of dealer you hear the horror stories about. After being literally baited and switched, coerced and worst experience we have EVER had, truly the type of dealer you hear the horror stories about. After being literally baited and switched, coerced and lied to, we left. After calling them unethical, we called up Dick Hanna because we knew they had the vehicle we wanted with the options we couldn't find anywhere else and set up an appointment for 30 minutes later. We arrived at the dealership, which was extremely large and impressive, and as we drove to the front we passed a sale man who smiled and politely waved. He walked over to us, and after a warm and genuine greeting started taking care of us. From the first eye contact, through the entire sales process and to our goodbyes, Justin made our experience great. We knew what we wanted, the price we were willing to pay, what a fair value of our trade in was, and what we hoped for. When we left, we felt the process was efficient, honest, respectful, friendly and actually (out of about 12new car experiences) one of the best car-buying experiences we have ever had. It sounds like we know Justin but we don't...the level of service we had seriously exceeded our expectations and feel that his boss needs to know, and other consumers need to know he is one of the good ones. It was also evident the level of training and knowledge the sales team gets because after doing some serious research on this particular vehicle (2014 jeep cherokee trail hawk) and thinking we knew everything, Justin pointed out some key features and benefits we did not know. We should also mention Sales Manager Chris... 1. Nobody wants to deal with the guy who is trying to get the most money out of you. 2. Nobody appreciates feeling haggled about pricing. The Senior Team at Dick Hannah should thank their lucky stars Chris is on their team and not buying vehicles as a consumer, getting the most he can because he is that good. He's clearly there to make money for the dealership, and, from two people who have been in the customer service business for over a combined 50 years, most of which has been owning and operating a service-based business, Chris gets it, and we cannot express how grateful we are to feel that we left last night from this dealership feeling we received the fair deal we expected with a level of customer service that exceeded our expectations. Chris drove home the fact that this dealership cares about people, and of coarse making a sale and some money... that's what they do. AND WE LEFT WITH THE JEEP WE WANTED!! Hope YOU have as great an experience here as we did! More
