My wife and I was not looking to buy a car but just browsing, Ron asked if he could answer any questions and i thought well while we are here what could he tell me about the MOAB jeep we seen on their browsing, Ron asked if he could answer any questions and i thought well while we are here what could he tell me about the MOAB jeep we seen on their lot. Ron was very informative and explained what the different features were on this jeep compared to the one we currenty owned. We really like the options on this jeep and decided to take it for a test drive, While test driving Ron explained how all of the features worked and that if we liked the car and Dick Hannah was able to meet our requirmens for our trade in and budget would we be interested. I exsplained that our last purchase was frustrating and we didnt feel we got the best deal but settled for what we got and was relutant to go through that again. Ron assured us that this would be a pleasant exsperiance and I really felt that Ron was honest when he said that so my wife and I decided to move forward and see what the Dick Hannah team could do for us. Well is was a pleasent experiance and we left with a new jeep that we both were very happy with, I would recommend Dick Hannah to my friends and family and suggest that they ask for Ron. More

What an amazing experience! I would recommend this dealership to anyone interested in purchasing a car. Keith showed us the car and made sure it was what we liked. We then took it for a test drive a dealership to anyone interested in purchasing a car. Keith showed us the car and made sure it was what we liked. We then took it for a test drive and he explained the features of the vehicle. We then sat down with Keith and explained we have been working with another dealership and we couldn't agree on a price. He asked what we were looking to spend and took down the other dealerships information on the car. He brought the information to the finance team and they made it happen with minimal back and fourth. We went to Dick Hannah looking for a flat-towable vehicle. Ron Lewis steered us toward the Grand Cherokee. After some thought we returned to the dealership later in the evening and Dylan sat with us through the finalizing of the deal. By the time we got through financing it was 10:00 PM and Mike had stayed around to introduce us to our new car and teach us all of the tech stuff. What a great team, everyone was so helpful and patient. We love our new Jeep. In fact we love it so much that four days later we went back and went through the process again. This time Burton was our salesman and he was so helpful, whatever problem we brought up he took care of it. Through both experiences Chris, the assistant floor manager, was there to make sure that the deal happened. We felt that we were treated very fairly on our trade-ins, that doesn't usually happen. If we weren't so happy with our two Grand Cherokees we would probably go back again and do another deal with them. Thanks guys. More
