I contacted the Dick Hannah dealership to see if they had the vehicle I wanted and within a few weeks they contacted me via e mail with the best deal I could imagine on exactly the vehicle I wanted including the specific color, options, make and model. Although I was out of the area on vacation, they held the vechile for me until I could arrive to complete the sale. The salesman was very helpful and the finance manager was fantastic. I did a lot of my research on the internet and worked with the internet consultants for this dealer in particular Louise Oathes who went out of the way over and over to find me the vehicle I wanted. Once on site I worked with Ted Meyer and though he was not there the day I finally came in to make the purchase he and Louise are the ones who made that sale and made me keep coming back. We love our Grand Cherokee Overland. Feel we got a great deal/price (I do not know if it is the best price out there but I can say first offers I got from Dick Hannah consistently came in lower than second and third offers from other dealers). I think the Internet Consultant vs. Onsite consultant process was a bit confusing and left me feeling like I was always talking to someone who wanted to get my deal/bonus/commission right there instead of it going to the people who had done all the footwork for me. I think that process should be reviewed top to bottom from the customer perspective. We would definitely purchase from Dick Hannah again. More
