The entire process, from finding a prospective vehicle online at DickHannah.com, to the final purchase and driving off the lot, was perfect! We had been looking for a specific vehicle more local to where we live, and was disappointed in the availability. We then decided to try Dick Hannah Chrysler and Jeep in Vancouver, WA, first by emailing their Internet Sales department. All communication was immediate, as were the returning of phone calls! We already felt that these people cared enough to work with us. We had an appointment and was introduced to Ron Lewis, as he would be the sales representative who would help us find our Jeep. We felt fortunate that Ron also knew a great deal about Jeeps, as he's also a "Jeepster"! Finding the vehicle we wanted at the price point we had set wasn't an easy task. Ron and the Internet team did not let this sway them from finding our vehicle. Perseverance on the part of all parties made this happen. The vehicle was not on the lot at that time, however, there was no hesitation on Ron's part to make it happen - and we drove away in our new Jeep later that day! The excellent treatment we received from these folks should be noted, as not all dealers seem to really care about the customer and one of their biggest potential purchases - a new vehicle. Yousif Yasin, in the Finance Department, made us feel extremely comfortable and explained each form. He is definitely an asset to the Dick Hannah auto family! I thought that the customer service was great, the only reason I rated it was less than perfect was that we didn't really want to trade in our car but ended up doing so but felt that it was a regret the ne reason I rated it was less than perfect was that we didn't really want to trade in our car but ended up doing so but felt that it was a regret the next day. Same thing with quality of work. They lead us to believe they were giving us a discount but it was really the online advertised price (we found out the next day). Dont get me wrong it was a great price but we could have got the same price without the trade in. Friendliness was wonderful! The price as I said was great, my one complaint would be that I wish they would have made it clear that we could have that price without a trade in. I recommend this dealership! More
