I thought that the customer service was great, the only reason I rated it was less than perfect was that we didn't really want to trade in our car but ended up doing so but felt that it was a regret the ne reason I rated it was less than perfect was that we didn't really want to trade in our car but ended up doing so but felt that it was a regret the next day. Same thing with quality of work. They lead us to believe they were giving us a discount but it was really the online advertised price (we found out the next day). Dont get me wrong it was a great price but we could have got the same price without the trade in. Friendliness was wonderful! The price as I said was great, my one complaint would be that I wish they would have made it clear that we could have that price without a trade in. I recommend this dealership! More

My deal was pre-arranged through a leasing consultant. I had completed the online credit application, had an insurance binder sent to the dealer, and was told all I needed to do was go in to sign paperwork had completed the online credit application, had an insurance binder sent to the dealer, and was told all I needed to do was go in to sign paperwork and take delivery. The visit took 4 hours, and I was required to complete another credit application. Also, the car's navigation system is not working and while I've reached out to have this issue addressed, nobody has contacted me. The two positives: 1) I love the car, but the dealer has little to do with that. 2) Keith Black drove to my house to collect additional signatures, which was a very nice gesture. Overall, I would not recommend Dick Hannah. More

Keith Black was attentive and explained all the different styles of Jeep that I was interested in. He went to great lengths to find the car that had all the features that I desired. I have a 2000 jeep and love it, but am looking at the possibility of buying a new or new used Jeep to replace mine. Jim was very helpful . After driving nearly every mid-sized SUV on the planet, my wife and I went to Dick Hannah Jeep to test the Grand Cherokee. We were ready to make a decision but wanted to do our diligence and try every bran my wife and I went to Dick Hannah Jeep to test the Grand Cherokee. We were ready to make a decision but wanted to do our diligence and try every brand. Will Doe was awesome as he immediately made us feel at ease with his knowledge of the vehicles. He encouraged us to drive a couple other like vehicles on the lot and offered great info on them as well. We wanted to go home and think about all the vehicles and Will was very understanding and not pushy at all. We decided within a couple hours to purchase the Grand Cherokee and called Will back, letting him know our decision and that we would be returning in the morning. I also had told him we would be using the USAA buying service. When we arrived we met with Will and Jon. Will had been working with another customer prior to our arrival and asked Jon to help us out. I had never used a buying service before and Dick Hannah has this process down to a science. The price was exactly what it should have been, and the service was fast. We were literally out the door with our new vehicle in less than two hours. Each of the staff we worked with were awesome, I will return to this dealer when we are ready to make the next purchase.
