We needed a new car for our growing family. Even on a Sunday the dealership was very busy. However, I am 9 months pregnant and they made it easy for me to have 3 vehicles ready to drive at a designated Sunday the dealership was very busy. Steve and John tag teamed us, working simultaniously on our trade in value and new car purchase. Steve even ran and got me a snack as I forgot one in my preggo state. This is our second purchase from this dealership. Their transparency is very much appreciated and they worked with us on what we needed, wanted and expected from this transaction. He was an EXTREMELY big help and very personable. His knowledge about each of the cars was top notch and his willingness to answer any question I had was above and beyond. This is the first dealership I have ever been to in which I didn't feel rushed or forced to feel some way about the car I was looking at. Sammy Chaer then helped me with my financing and did an INCREDIBLE job of making sure I understood everything about my car and explained every piece of paper before he had me sign my name.
