He was an EXTREMELY big help and very personable. His knowledge about each of the cars was top notch and his willingness to answer any question I had was above and beyond. This is the first dealership I have ever been to in which I didn't feel rushed or forced to feel some way about the car I was looking at. Sammy Chaer then helped me with my financing and did an INCREDIBLE job of making sure I understood everything about my car and explained every piece of paper before he had me sign my name. Ordering our new Jeep was pretty easy. What I didn't like was having to purchase options that I didn't want. Taking delivery was a little stressful.
