I stopped by to look at Jeep Overland colors and MEL came up to assist me - I explained I was working with Fleet - but he said that was fine, how could he help - so MEL spent over a half hour with me showing up to assist me - I explained I was working with Fleet - but he said that was fine, how could he help - so MEL spent over a half hour with me showing me the different Jeep SUV colors, let me do a test drive, he got me a brochure - etc., etc. That was an extremely thoughtful jesture on MEL's part - taking his valuable time to help another Salesman's client. Mel definitely does the "above and beyond" - when it comes to Customer Service which I feel is more important than ever these days. You're a very lucky Dealership to have someone as special as Mel - because the customer won't forget his customer service and his great personality! This is my first new car purchase, and I was pleasantly surprised throughout the experience working with Dick Hannah. It was refreshing having that element settled before I set foot on the dealer floor, and the biggest reason I chose Dick Hannah over other dealerships. When I did visit the showroom, I test drove a couple of vehicles to make sure all of my internet research translated to a car I would be happy with in real life. The salesman helping me, Jim Devalla, was a down-to-earth guy, not at all the stereotype of a wheeler-dealer car salesman. I would ask for him by name. Joseph gave me a fair quote on a trade-in that I declined, then set up financing at a rate that was too good to pass up. I've been putting off buying a new car because of my understanding of the typical car-buying experience, with haggling, "I'll have to check with the floor manager," "what do I need to do to get you in a car today?". This transaction had none of that, just a fair price from the start, and overall it was actually a fun experience. More
I would definitely recommend Dick Hanna Chrysler-Jeep. My salesperson, Lucas, was friendly and knowledgeable...and he really worked with me to find the right Jeep for my family. The finance guy, Sammy, wa salesperson, Lucas, was friendly and knowledgeable...and he really worked with me to find the right Jeep for my family. The finance guy, Sammy, was also great to work with. He was able to find great financing on a 2011 Jeep Cherokee that helped to keep the payments where I needed them to be. And "Moon", the manager, was also quite helpful when it came to making a last-minute change that really helped to wrap up the sale in a very positive way. Buying a new car can be stressful, to say the least...but the guys at Dick Hanna Jeep were great to work with...and I will certainly recommend them to my friends and family. More

The buying experience was very positive - no stress at all. It was the best car buying experience so far. Great service, fair price and fair trade-in value offered for our car. I recommend DIck Hannah's and their staff to anyone who loathes going to a dealership. There was no hassle, no pressure and no attempt to sell us a vehicle that was above our price cap. After a long and tiring search for a new car we thankfully ended up at Dick Hannah's Chrysler/Jeep. We called on an add at 7:30 at night and they assured us that they would be able to make us a good deal on the car we wanted (mind you this is what we had heard from a few other dealerships but there was always a catch that was going to cost us more than we bargained for). Ted and Yosef (may have misspelled that sorry!) were champs. My husband, my 17 month old daughter and myself were all treated with respect and courtesy which meant a lot as the process went on until around 11 pm. They are willing to bend over backwards to make sure that you have nothing but the best experience. They got us the BEST deal that we could find and we looked for a few months all over the Portland area. I can't say enough good things about our experience and the staff at Dick Hannah's. We will be life long customers for sure. More

I said to my wife lets go over and talk to Bill...Great guy by the way..and see what all they have. Bill was helping some other folks and asked Fred Farley to assist us which he did. with in about twenty minutes I was ready to talk numbers Fred did a great job in soothing ruffled feathers so to speak.My wife and I when ever buyig another car, or Van. we will go to our new friends at Dick Hannah Vancouver to get what ever we need.
