I recommend DIck Hannah's and their staff to anyone who loathes going to a dealership. There was no hassle, no pressure and no attempt to sell us a vehicle that was above our price cap. After a long and tiring search for a new car we thankfully ended up at Dick Hannah's Chrysler/Jeep. We called on an add at 7:30 at night and they assured us that they would be able to make us a good deal on the car we wanted (mind you this is what we had heard from a few other dealerships but there was always a catch that was going to cost us more than we bargained for). Ted and Yosef (may have misspelled that sorry!) were champs. My husband, my 17 month old daughter and myself were all treated with respect and courtesy which meant a lot as the process went on until around 11 pm. They are willing to bend over backwards to make sure that you have nothing but the best experience. They got us the BEST deal that we could find and we looked for a few months all over the Portland area. I can't say enough good things about our experience and the staff at Dick Hannah's. We will be life long customers for sure. More

We researched prices online and found our best deal at Dick Hannah Jeep in Vancouver, WA. Everyone was extremely nice and helpful. They had an enormous stock of vehicles with all the colors. I have purchased many other new cars from different dealerships and I have to say this one of the most pleasant car purchases I have made. Steve was very professional and worked hard to make sure that I got what I wanted and that I was was happy with the purchase. Steve made me feel relaxed and welcome at the dealership. He spent well over two hours with me during the purchasing process. I knew what I wanted when I walked in the door and he made sure that I got it! After all was said and done with paperwork, Steve took me to my new car and explained all of the equipment on the car and made my first maintenance appointment for me. He told me several times that if I need any help with things like programming the stereo/satellite system, to call him and he would be glad to help....not many salesmen that I've worked with before have ever done this! Since the purchase, not even one week at this time, Steve has called me a couple of times to ensure that I am happy with the purchase When I had to change the payment due date on my new contract, they even sent some one out to my house to resign papers when they found out I was ill and couldn't come into the dealership!! Kudos to Dick Hannah Jeep for having a salesman like Steve Bushey!! I also have the say that Sammy the finance manager was also very good and easy to work with! More

We really had our doubts when we first went in to Dick Hanna Chrysler Jeep not because we heard bad things about them. Because we had always worked and dealt with the little off the wall car dealers. So anyway we really had our doubts that we would get what we really wanted. WRONG, right from the first Jim Davella was there to help us. We told him what we wanted and BAM he took us right to it. We were in love with it instantly. Then we worked with Sammy Chaer. We can not beleave the deal he made for us. We have never went to a car deal and had people work with us like these two did. Jim Davella and Sammy Chaer are awsome guys. All we really have to say is if you ever need a car and are on a budget go to Dick Hanna Chrysler Jeep and ask for Jim Davella and Sammy Chaer if they can't make it happen, it wasn't meant to be. I went to Dick Hannah Jeep because I needed to get a new car. I'm currently divorcing and needed to get a new car with just my name on it. I honestly didn't expect much but when I got there I met Milos wh car. I'm currently divorcing and needed to get a new car with just my name on it. I honestly didn't expect much but when I got there I met Milos who took me around to look at diffrent models. Because of my credit history I didn't qualify for the car I test drove but John worked hard to find me a car that would fit my needs and finances. I wasn't expecting to get approval but I did! Everything was great and Sammy worked hard to find me the best financing and terms available. I went home with my new Patriot happy as could be until I got home and discovered that it didn't have A/C which was the one thing I really needed. So I drove back and talked to Milos and John and after hearing my story John thought for a second and said he my have another option. Turns out there was a Jeep Compass that would work for me which had A/C installed. After talking with Sammy it turned out that my payment was just about the same as before which was a huge relief. He worked really hard and stayed late to make sure I got the best terms available. I usually don't write reviews but I just want people to know that the experience I had at Dick Hannah Jeep was excellent. I recommend everybody go see Milos, John and Sammy. They are nice guys who really went above and beyond for me. You won't be disappointed. More

I traded in my jeep for a used jeep which I ilked better. Steve and all the staff were very friendly and extremely helpful.
