I arrived at this dealership and the sales person didn't know anything about the grand cherokee and told me that he was new and didn't know the products. This was obviously a mistake as they would not honer the price and gave me a sky high payment so I would leave. Luckly for me I later went next door to the subaru dealership and received excellent help with a knowledgable sales staff and very helpfull sales manager. More

This was my best vehicle-buying-experience so far. Being pre-approved helps with that process ... but there was never any pressure and business was straight up.
