We apologize you feel you had a negative experience in our service department. We show that you requested OEM parts specifically rather than other aftermarket options. The OEM parts were on backorder, which was the cause for the delay. We did contact you throughout the time your vehicle was in our shop to keep you updated on the status of the parts you requested. However, you picked up your vehicle before we were able to receive the parts and complete the service. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
