Nightmare experience. Thought I had a straight forward deal on swapping out my first lease with the dealership and getting new one. Then days later got hit with an excessi Thought I had a straight forward deal on swapping out my first lease with the dealership and getting new one. Then days later got hit with an excessive damages charge on my turned in vehicle for nearly 1/3 of my 3 year lease total cost. My vehicle had no damage, never been in an accident, but there is no way to combat the charge. I had to pay many thousands of dollars (hidden fee) which was never discussing prior to leasing new vehicle. Feel horrible taken advantage of & this absolutely tanked my opinion of Ram. This horrible experience has made me detest my new lease. Beware of massive hidden charges that the dealership will not tell you about and will not cover. Extremely disappointed. More

My wife and I have been purchasing new vehicles from Dick Scott Motor Mall since 1995. Nelson Cypher has been our sales representative the whole time. During our most recent purchase, I was having trouble arranging a ride to the dealer on my purchase day and they sent a driver 35 miles to pick me up at my doorstep! I've had Dick Scott repair my 2018 Ram pickup twice since the start of 2026. They did an excellent job the first time, when a kid with a new license rear ended me in April. The Body shop matched the paint an the start of 2026. They did an excellent job the first time, when a kid with a new license rear ended me in April. The Body shop matched the paint and you would never know it was damaged. The second time was earlier this week (July 2026) when a wind storm blew down branches from a tree near my driveway, and dented the hood and roof in several spots. Again, the Body shop did and excellent job fixing the dents and matching the paint. Everyone there was great to work with, and they worked well with Allstate insurance to get me back on the road. I will keep getting our Ram and Jeep serviced there, even if they are further away than the dealer where We bought those two vehicles. More
