Vehicle broke down less than one month. I purchased used SUV at a good price. Was told it was well maintained. Took it in for fluids after purchase. All fluids were bad. Now has completely broke down in less than one month. Will have to have it towed. Will contact dealership, but they made me sign papers at sale that stated they would do no repairs after purchase. Excellent customer service Bill, our salesman, listened to our wants and needs, and worked very hard to exceed them. We slept on it, and decided on a new car lease, and he had the car ready the same day! He worked with us on options and pricing, and got us the right car at the right price. I can't say enough good things about this dealership! We have been to many Dodge dealerships in the past, and were not treated well. The week before, we went to a different Dodge dealer, and we were treated like an inconvenience. That dealer was closer to my home than Dick Scott, but they will never get my business. In fact, we referred our daughter-in-law to Dick Scott recently. I highly recommend this dealership for superior customer service. More

Horrible sales rep customer service I bought a truck in July. It took over 5 hours to complete the sale. Then I had to come back an hour after driving off the lot because of paperwork is I bought a truck in July. It took over 5 hours to complete the sale. Then I had to come back an hour after driving off the lot because of paperwork issues. A few days later I got a call saying the original paperwork wasn’t the correct paperwork so I had to go back again and fill out the correct paperwork. There was no spare key with my truck when I bought it so I completed paperwork to have one ordered at the time of purchase. Fast forward four months and still no spare key. After calling, e-mailing several times over four months (with no response), I finally got someone to contact me and had to drive all the way back to the dealership to pick up the spare key. I asked if this was normal and what took so long to get back with me. The only response I got was, “that’s not acceptable. I don’t know why it took that long.” Not even a “sorry” or anything to try to make it right. I will never go back to this dealership and I DO NOT recommend this dealership to anybody. More

Finding the perfect Jeep! I had not purchased a new car for 10 years. I owned a Liberty and knew I could not get another one as they are not available anymore. I was lucky to I had not purchased a new car for 10 years. I owned a Liberty and knew I could not get another one as they are not available anymore. I was lucky to work with Jim Dwyer as he was very patient and did not push me to buy a car I didn't want. I explained to him what kind of car I wanted and what packages/color I wanted. Jim worked very hard to find the car I wanted but could not find it. So he helped me order the car and it came to the dealership in about 3 weeks. Thank you for making my new purchase stress free!
