Had a recall issue solved and oil change Very good service. Mirror was slightly damaged by service tech and service ordered a whole new mirror. Very appoligetic and handled very well. Only thing that bothered me was no one could answer my question if milage is reimbursed on a lease vehicle for recalls as the miles would have not been put on vehicle if recall had not happened. Seems like he was not real sure of himself. When asked a specific question on the navigation system we were told he would have the answer when we picked up the vehicle. He did not have the answer and we never did received an answer. He always seem distracted during our conversations. More

Oil change experience Took our new Pacifica Van in for its first oil change. We had an appointment and everything went well. The price of the oil change did seem a little bit pricy even though it required synthetic oil...also no car wash. I know some other companys that charge a little less and throw in a car wash. For 78.00 that would have been a very nice gesture. Just sayin... More
