Seems like he was not real sure of himself. When asked a specific question on the navigation system we were told he would have the answer when we picked up the vehicle. He did not have the answer and we never did received an answer. He always seem distracted during our conversations. More

The price of the oil change did seem a little bit pricy even though it required synthetic oil...also no car wash. I know some other companys that charge a little less and throw in a car wash.
