By 6:30pm the same day I was walking out of the dealership with keys in hand. Ashley had the van ready to drive immediately upon my arrival, and answered all my questions in a friendly manner. Jeff walked me through all the paperwork in an expedient, personable way. I never imagined buying a car could be this simple, but at no point did I feel like corners were cut or that anything was left unexplained. Oh, and my wife is over the moon with her new ride!
