Thank you for your feedback. We understand your frustration and did try to rectify the situation to the best of our ability. We offered to fix the items that impacted the safety of your vehicle. As with any pre-owned vehicle we cannot foresee what issues may arise in the future. We are very sorry that there were issues with your vehicle and so soon after purchase. Your vehicle was purchased as-is and the extended warranty that may have covered some of the other issues that have come up was not purchased. Once you started raising your voice and using profanity toward our staff we had to insist that you leave our dealership. We would have liked to have had the opportunity to come to a resolution with you but we were not given an opportunity to do so. Sincerely, Don Harley Pre-owned Sales Manager

you definitely didn't offer to fix things that effected the safety of the vehicle... and as for profanity, didn't stop your salesman from saying "badass" and "I can't wait to get the xxxx out of here because I have been here since open" in front of my 3 year old son. I was reasonable to a point. I am not going to be taken advantage of from a dealership. when you buy a $23,000 vehicle that's certified used and inspected, you don't expect crazy problems with in 2 days of leaving the lot. you guys swept it all under the rug and tried to send my Jeep out of the shop with a door that didn't latch shut. I made sure to notify everyone of how I was treated and your best attempt to deflect is to say I used profanity? you should have just made it right from the start. Instead I was kicked out even after Mitchell said he would make sure the things were fixed on my Jeep. your service guy Allen or whatever his name is said sorry about your luck, we will fix this one thing and then it needs to go. so I am stuck with $3,000 in repairs for a certified used vehicle, a whole 2 days after purchase. these were things that mechanic would have found if I paid for an inspection. so whoever does your inspections needs to be reviewed and dealt with. and stop sending me mail saying you assume I am happy with my purchase and by now, everyone has noticed how cool my Jeep is... good thing they all know how dick Scott screwed me and never going back there.

and I forgot to mention I removed the plastic corner covers around the tails lights because I was going to end up swapping the tail lights, and discovered that this Jeep has either been in an accident or backed into a pole. it has a big dent and rust all over under the cover. someone tried to hide evidence of an accident and now I have to deal with a massive rust spot that will quickly spread.
