The service manager was very helpful and provided exemplary service. I was kept informed on the progress of the repairs, updated on additional issues found during the course of repair and he did ever exemplary service. I spoke with Seth in service to have my wife’s 2017 F150 diagnosed for inop windows and was given an estimate within a reasonable timeframe. Mr. Turner has the perfect amount of people/social skills to excel in his job. He called back when he said he would and his team completed the work 2 days faster than the estimated timeframe I was originally to excel in his job. Poor customer service. I had a 9:15 am appointment for an oil change. I showed up and checked in at 9:00 am. I was told there were 8 in front of me. I did not receive my ve I had a 9:15 am appointment for an oil change. I showed up and checked in at 9:00 am. I was told there were 8 in front of me. I did not receive my vehicle until 12:00 pm. I received no periodic updates from the service advisor during my wait. What is the point of having an appointment when your appointment isn’t honored . A 3 hour wait for an oil change is ridiculous! Needless to say I WILL NOT use Dick Smith Ford for ANY service again. More
