Poor customer service. I had a 9:15 am appointment for an oil change. I showed up and checked in at 9:00 am. I was told there were 8 in front of me. I received no periodic updates from the service advisor during my wait. What is the point of having an appointment when your appointment isn’t honored . A 3 hour wait for an oil change is ridiculous! Needless to say I WILL NOT use Dick Smith Ford for ANY service again. More
