This started out being an extremely stressful situation as we decided to quickly pick a new car for me, in order to give our daughter my old car. Andy made himself available and patiently talked me through my new car choice over many phone calls through the course of a week. When I decided to purchase a Nissan Rogue from another Dick Smith dealership, Andy had it brought to Greenville for my daughter to pick up and bring to me. He was still very helpful and worked hard to make my purchase as easy as possible, even though I knew he wasn't making the commission he would've made if I had bought a Hyundai from his lot.
