The service was fast and I liked the fact that they text me during the service to give me updates and a visual on my inspection. This was an unfortunate return to Dick Smith to repair something that went wrong with the maintenance I had performed a few days earlier. Fortunately, Chris King rectified everything at no charge, and pr something that went wrong with the maintenance I had performed a few days earlier. Fortunately, Chris King rectified everything at no charge, and provided me with a loaner, while a replacement part was on order. Blue Link notified me of a Drive Train (DTS) issue, and instructed me to have my car serviced ASAP. I was able to get my 2021 Hyundai Elantra Hybrid Limited in the next morning. Even though the Check Engine light also came on, I am very glad I have continued to keep the Blue Link registration active after the first three (free) years. I had also noticed that after the maintenance was performed, my hybrid milage dropped from 45-55 MPG to 30-40 MPG. That also turned out to be a clue Chris picked up on. Although I was originally upset that this had happened, after spending over $1,200 on the recommended service from a prior visit. Chris understood my concern, and made me feel much better. He was up front with me about what went wrong, and how the maintenance could unfortunately sometimes cause such unforeseen issues. I had four different services performed, so I was fearful, this issue was something that may have damaged my car, or be hard to diagnose. Chris was very friendly and helpful in making sure everything was handled properly, and I am thankful for his great work! Hopefully, things will stay working properly, and I won't need to return in the near future for a related problem. But I had just told Bill the transportation driver, the same thing a few days before, but did return. Overall, I am grateful that the Dick Smith Hyundai family of employees stand by their products, and treat their customers well. I sincerely appreciate that. Thank you very much Chris, Bill and Tony!
