Don't get suckered in by these guys. I was looking for an SUV. Some of my co-workers recommended Dick Smith to me. So, I decided to check them out. My first impression was good. The sales staff seemed knowledgeable and they had a no pressure approach. However, when I went back, things changed. It took them 2 hours to give me an estimate on the trade-in value of my car. Since they held onto the keys, I was essentially held hostage during that time. Also, all of the incentives seemed to disappear once we started talking about doing a deal. I left and never returned. Since then, they have spammed my email address even after I have asked them to take me off the distribution list. In short, sleazy sales tactics and poor customer treatment. Stay away from this dealership More
