Quick and easy!! Richard greeted us within 3 minutes of our arrival and determined or desired vehicle. He immediately went on a search and found that there was not one on the lot. As we got to the dealership shortly before closing we asked him to call us when one was available. We provided each other with the necessary information and went on our way. By 8:30 the next morning Richard called to say he now had two on the lot and had parked them side to side to facilitate our ease in comparisons. We got to the dealership after work ( 6:45 ) and selected our choice after test driving the vehicles. Finance was a snap and we drove home with our new vehicle at 8:45. The next morning Richard again called to make sure everything was to our satisfaction and asking if there was anything we needed or wanted him to do. GREAT customer service and follow up!! More

We originally went to look at a used car for our 16 year old daughter but then after learning of some of the great deals on brand new cars & comparing all the miles on the used cars, we decided to get me a new one and give the 16y/o my "old one"(a 2013 Sonata). We are new to South Carolina and once again the Southern Hospitality has not disappointed! Andy went above and beyond to find out our needs and wants.
