Just bought a new 2018 Sonata My wife and I just purchased a new 2018 Sonata at Dick Smith Hyundai. It was mainly for my wife to replace a 10+ year old car. We were treated with re My wife and I just purchased a new 2018 Sonata at Dick Smith Hyundai. It was mainly for my wife to replace a 10+ year old car. We were treated with respect without any high pressure. We looked at 2 models, an Azera and Sonata. We were satisfied with the price on the Sonata and the price they gave us for our trade in. Al Velazquez, the salesman, was very low key, knowledgeable and took his time explain the features and benefits of both cars. He made sure my wife was comfortable with her selection of the Sonata. He showed concerned about her safety and her ability to operate the smaller vehicle even though he probably could have made a little more of commission if he had sold us the higher priced Azera. We were turned over to Jose Robles to explain the features in detail. Jose was very knowledgable in the electronics of the vehicle. This car is loaded with bells & whistles and we were very grateful of all the time that was given us by both Al & Jose. I want to also thank Jason, the business manager who also explained the details of this transaction and help advise us the options that were available to us. When we arrived, Will Crawford took us for the test drive and subsequently helped us buy our new car. This was probably the most laid back, non-pressured car buying experience my husband and I have been through, including when we bought a new car via the internet. We were happy with the price and the customer service. Will knew the technical aspects of the car, and helped with all the 'features' set up (blue tooth, Sirius XM, etc.). He made the exchange of paperwork very easy, considering we live out of state and did not bring all we needed to trade our old car. Overall, a very straight forward, easy purchase of a new car, which I would attribute to the salesman, Will Crawford. More
