Quentin was extremely patient and gracious in helping me make my decision. I love my car, but needed to decide if I wanted to purchase or start a new lease. He showed me multiple vehicles and patiently dealt with my questions as I test drove many vehicles before making the decision to buy. I never felt pressured by him and he was beyond accommodating with all of my questions and even took the time to change the radio station to my favorite when I did the test drives. I ultimately ended up buying out my lease and keeping my car. I had some problems financing through my credit union. Quentin greatly reduced my stress as we started working with Dale Gosnell. I had purchased three vehicles from another dealership, but they were not always transparent and I learned a lot of lessons the hard way. I did not come away from this experience with any of these feelings. Dale explained all of my options with/without warranties and explained what was included. I understood what I would be paying for and exactly what would and would not be included. I walked away knowing I had made the right decision for me. Loved that there was no pressure at this dealership. No one tried to change my mind on anything. They patiently presented my options and I could not have asked for a better all around experience. I would recommend this dealership to anyone (ask for Quentin and tell him Channel 18 sent you). More

I did have some confusion when actually dealing with paper work that I am still trying to resolve but this was more with the sales manager then with Andy. Since my purchase, I reached out to Andy about this and he got me in touch with Jason (sales manager) to fix this (I had been presented my monthly payments to include an added investment protection package and did not understand that at the time). I am still waiting for final resolution on this matte, however, both Jason and Andy have been very kind since I contacted them about it and have assured me it will be taken care of... Until it has I cannot rate the price more then a 3. After I would rate it 4/5. More
